Dear Christina, I am writing regarding my experience with Pattie Stephens. I called the toll-free number last week after spending some time online and needing answers to some questions regarding shipping. I needed a shipment of 50 chairs within a week and I needed some very specific charateristics in the chairs. Pattie found them for me, had the manufacturer and warehouse folks on the phone and had them to me in less than a week. She was curteous, personable, helpful and bottom line - got me exactly what I needed. I just finished placing a second order with her.
